RIBEYE ANTIPASTO BITES

These ribeye antipasto bites are the perfect party appetizer. Flame grilled ribeyes, aged white cheddar, and cherry peppers paired with that authentic smoky flavor from Cowboy Hardwood Briquets! Super easy to make and full of flavor. 

Ingredients:


●      2 (1-inch thick) ribeye steaks

●      1 pound aged white cheddar, cubed

●      8 ounces sweet cherry peppers, pickled

●      Salt and pepper to taste

●      Extra virgin olive oil

●      Skewers

PREPARATION: 


●      Set out the ribeye steaks 30-40 minutes before cooking.

●      Season the steaks generously with salt and pepper.

●      Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

●      Sear the steaks over direct heat for 3-5 minutes per side, or until desired doneness.

●      Let the steaks rest for 15 minutes.

●      Cut the steaks into thin slices.

●      Combine the steak, cherry peppers, and cheddar cubes on skewers.

●      Drizzle with olive oil and serve.
